Know all men by these presents that Crystal Food Products, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, owner and
proprietor, and The First National Bank of Saint Paul, mortgagee, of the following described property
situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin, towits That part of Lot 33, "Auditor's
Subdivision NumSer 328, Hennepin County, Minnesota% lying West of the East line of Section 5,
Township 118, Range 21, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ZIENIS ADDITION, and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Drive and Easement for Storm
Sewer purposes as shown on the annexed plat. In witness whereof said Crystal Food Products, Inc,
