owners and proprietors and The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States, a New York
corporation, mortgagee of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, to wit: The Northeasterly 270.4 feet of Lots 9 and 10 as measured at right
angles to the Northeasterly line of said Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, Hanson's Addition, according to
