KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Wayne C. Blesi and Helen M. Blesi, his wife,
owners and proprietors of the following described property situate in the County of
Hennepin and state of Minnesota to wit: That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4 and the Southesat.1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 1189 Range 21
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Southwest 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 distant 940 feet North from the Southwest corner thereof; thence at right
angles East a distance of 215 feet; thence forth parallel with the West line of said
Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 a distance of 85 feet; thenoe at right angles 'Nest a
distance of 639.13 feet, more or less, to the center line of Old Jefferson Highway so
called; thence Southeasterly along said center line a distance of 102.87 feet, more or
less, to a line drawn parallel with the South line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 from the point of beginning; -thence East along said parallel line a distance of 365.44
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. also Lot 2, Block 19 HMCR ADDITION according
to the plat thereof on f ile and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and
for said County and State, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WAYNE C.
BLESI ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for tie public use forever
the Street as shown on the annexed plat. Subject to the Sanitary Sewer Easement and the
Utility and Drainage Easements as shown on the annexed plat. In witness whereof said
Wayne C. Blesi and Helen N. Bleat have hereunto set their hands and seals this
day of A.D. 1967
