KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That St. James Lutheran Church of Crystal,
Minnesota, a Minnesota corporation, fee owner and William J. Kunkel and
Kathleen M. Kunkel, husband and wife, contract purchasers and Lutheran
Brotherhood Fraternal Insurance Society, a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee of
the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota to wit:
The North 157 feet of Lot 17, Auditor's Subdivision No. 314, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ST. JAMES ADDITION and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Place and
