Know all men by these presents that Philip J. Schroeder and Emmaline E. Schroeder, hie
wife, owners and proprietors of the following described property situate in the State
of Minnesota and County of Hennepin towit: That part of Lot 14, Schroeder's Addition,
lying Northerly of the Northerly line of Lot 13, said addition extended Westerly, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and
for said County. Also, that Post Publishing Company, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation,
owner and proprietor, and Crystal StRte Bank, a Minnesota Corporation, mortgagee of the
following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin
towit: All that part of the Southeast J of the Northwest j of Section 9, Township 118,
Range 21, Hennepin Count, kinneeota, described as follows: Beginning at the most
Westerly corner of Lot 14, Schroeder's Addition; thence Easterly along a Northerly line
of said Lot 14, a distance of 145.55 feet, more or less, to an angle point in the
Northerly line of said Lot 14; thence North along a Westerly line of the most Northerly
portion of said Lot 14 to the Northwesterly corner of the most Northerly portion of said
Lot 14; thence continuing North to a point on the Southerly line of Corvallis Avenue
distant 145 feet Westerly of the point of intersection of the South line of Corvallis
Avenue and the Westerly line of Welcome Avenue; thence Westerly along the South line of
said Corvallis Avenue to the Northeasterly line of the Great Northern Railroad right of
way; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said right of way to the point
of beginning. Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as SCHROEDER'S 2ND ADDITION
and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the utility
easement as shown on the annexed plat. In witness whereof said Philip J. Schroeder and
Emmaline E. Schroeder, his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seals this day of
A.D. 1962. In witness whereof said Post Publishing Company, Inc. has caused these
presents to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed
