KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Thrift -Way Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, owner and proprietor, of the following described
property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to --wit: That part of Lot 30, Auditor's Subdivision Number 226,
described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 30 a distance of 250 feet West of the Southeast corner
thereof; thence North at right angles to said South line a distance of 50 feet; thence East to a point in the Easterly line of
said Lot 30, which point is distant 60.95 feet Northwesterly from the Southeast corner of said Lot 30; thence Southeasterly
along said Easterly line to the Southeast corner of said Lot 30; thence West along the South line of said Lot 30 to the point
of beginning, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said County
and State. Also Lot 1, Block 1, SALSBERG 2ND ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in office of the
Register of Deeds in and for said County and State. And also Lot 2, Block 2, HOLMQUIST ADDITION according to the plat thereof
on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said County and State. Has caused the same to he surveyed
and platted as SALSBERG 3RD ADDITION and does hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road
and Utility Easement as shown on the plat. In witness whereof said Thrift -Way Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, has caused
