Know all men by these presents that Edward J. DeJarlais and Frances C. DeJarlais, his wife, and
Leonard P. Martens and Kathryn A. Martens, his wife, owners and proprietors of the following
described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit: Lot 8,
"-Robbinsdale Gardens", except the West 125.00 feet thereof and except that part of the West 270.00
feet of the East 300.00 feet lying North of the South 120.00 feet of said Lot 8.
