I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 190, as amended, I have
curvey�d the following described tract of land in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to wits That part of
the N -k of the NW; of Section 7 Township 29, Range 24, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the South line
of the N1, of the NWI of the N144ofSection 7 distant 170 feet East of the West line of said section; thence north
parallel with the west line of said Section 302.28 feat to a point 352.62 feet south of the north line of said section]
thence northeasterly on an 18 degree curve to the right, a distance of 25.5 feet to the actual point of beginning of
the tract of land to be described, said point being in the east line of a certain tract of ]add conveyed to the County
of Hennepin for highway purposes; thence northeasterly on a continuation of said above described 18 degree curve to the
right a distance of 04.5 feet; thence north 33 feet to the north line of said Section 7; thence east along said north
line to a point 660 feet west of the northeast corner of the NW)4 of the NWj of said Section 71 thence south parallel
with the east line o1' said N14 of the rj- '-, a distance of 327.75 feet, thence west to the actual point of beginnings And
that part of the Nl of the MA of Section 7, Township 29, Range 24, described as follows: Beginning at a point 660 feet
west of the east line and 327.75 fent south of the north line of the NW14, of the NW- of said Section 7; thence south
parallel with the east line of said NW�, of the NWj a distance of 327.75 feet, more or less, to the south line of the
N1 of the N1 of the NTV of said section, thence west along said south line to a point 170 feet east of the vest line of
said Section 7; said last described point being; in the east line of a certain tract of land conveyed to the County of
Hennepin for highway purposes; thence north parallel with the west line of said section a distance of 302.28 feet, more
or less, to a point 352.62 feet south of the north line of said Section 71 thence northeasterly on an 18 degree curve
to the right, a distance of 25.5 feet, thence easterly to the point of beginning] that the survey shown hereon is a
