I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508s Minnesota Statutes of 1949, as amended, I
have surveyed the following described tract of land in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, towits- Beginning
at a point on the North line of lot Thirty-nine (39), Auditor"s Subdivision Number 226, Hennepin County, Minnesota, 500
Feet East from the Northwest corner thereof; thence South on a line parallel with the West line of said lot, 202.2 feet;
thence East on a line parallel with the North line of said lot, 150 Feats more or less, to the East line of the West 650
Foot of said lot; thence North and parallel with the West line of said Lot 202.2 Feet to the North line of said lot;
thence West along the North line of said Lot 150 Feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat thereof on file
or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds In and for said Hennepin County.
This survey is a correct delineation of said survey.
