Know all men by these presents that Walter Rank and Irene E. Ranik,howners and proprietors
of the following described property, situate in the State of -Minnesota and County of Hennepin,
towit: The South 150 feet of that part of Lot 5, lying East of the West 340 feet thereof,
"Schaefer's Lake Side Grove", excepting therefrom any rights to that part of Twin Lake lying
below the natural and ordinary low water mark, according to the Recorded Ptat thereof,
have caused the some to be surveyed and platted as RANIKIS ADDITION, and do hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the Avenue as shown on the annexed plat. In
