Know all men by these presents that Volp�Cbnstructton Cr., a Minnesota Corporation, owner and proprietor, of the following
described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin, towite The Southerly One Hundred Sixty-eight (16b)
feet of the Westerly Forty-three and 55/100 (43.55) feet of Lot Twenty-four (til) and The Southorl y One Hundred Sixty-eight (168)
feet of Lot Twenty-five (25), Auditor's Subdivision Number 2260 Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on
file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County. Also Lot 16, except the Northerly
60 feet thereof, Block 2, in "Murray Lane Sixth Addition", according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the Registrar
of Titles in and for said Hennepin County, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as P. D. Q. ADDITION and do hereby
donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Easement for Utility and Drainage Purposes as shown on the annexed
plat. In witness whereof said Volp Construction Co. has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day of A.D. 1965.
