KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Russell G. Hansen and Orel E. Hansen, his wife, owners
and proprietors, and that Equitable Life Assurance Society of United States, a New York Corporation,
Mortgagee of the following described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Henne-
pin, towit: The North Half (N-1/2) of Lot 9, Block 2, Wagner's Garden Tracts, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as OREL'S ADDITION; and do hereby donate
and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Avenue as shown on the annexed plat; subject
to the Utility and Drainage Easements as shown on the annexed plat. In witness whereof said Russell
G. Hansen and Orel E. Hansen, his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seals this day
of A.D.1962; and also in witness whereof said Equitable Life Assurance Society of
United States, has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal
to be hereunto affixed this day of A.D.1962.
