Know all men by these presents that M. S. M. Company, a Minnesota general partnership, owner and propr°etor, of the following
described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit:
Lot 8, Block 6, "Rosedale Acres", according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, (now
known as County Recorder), in and for said County.
Also that M. S. M. Company, a Minnesota general partnership, and Northwestern National Life Insurance Company, a Minnesota
corporation, mortgagee of the following described property to wit:
Lot 9, except the North 50 feet of the South 70 feet of the East 80 feet thereof, in Block 6, in "Rosedale Acres", according to the
plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds, (now known as County Recorder), in and for said County.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as M S M ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public
use forever the avenue and easements for drainage and utility purposes as shown on the plat. I n witness whereof said M. S. M.
