KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Harold H. Moore and Emma C. Moore, his wife, owners and proprietors of the following described
property situate in the State of Minnesota, and County of Hennepin towit' Lot 1, Block I, Robbinsdale Home Gardens Second Addition, Files of the
Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, and; tracts A and B, Registered Land Survey N'3102, Files of the Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin, and; that part of Section 16, Township 118, Range 21 described as follows-. Beginning at a point which is 30 feet South of
NiM Corner Sec. 6, 729, R.24 the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 29, Range 24; thence South along the West line of said Section 6 255AS feet; thence West parallel
