KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Ralph 0. Erickson and Marie Erickson, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, and
Minnesota Federal Savings and Loan Association, a banking corporation, organized under the laws of the United States, mort-
gagee, of the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of the Northeast 1,'4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 118, Range 21, described as beginning at a point 436.0
feet South of and 659.9 feet West of the North and East lines of said Section 5; thence West and parallel with the North line of
said Section a distance of 505 feet to the Northeasterly line of U.S. Highway No. 52 and 218; thence in a Northwesterly direction
along the Northeasterly line of said Highways a distance of 91.9 feet more or less to a point 352.8 feet directly South from the
North line of said Section 5; thence East and parallel with the North line of said Section 5 a distance of 544.3 feet more or less
to a point which is a distance of 659.9 feet West of the East line of said Section and a distance of 352.8 feet South of the North
line of said Section 5; thence South 83.2 feet to the point of beginning, except the Westerly 8.0 feet thereof as measured at right
angles to the Northeasicrly line of said Highways 52 and 218.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as MARIE ERICKSON ADDITION, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the avenue as shown on the annexed plat, also subject to drainage and utility easements as shown on
the annexed plat.
