KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Charles Alexander, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, fee owner
of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Par. 1 Lots 11 and 12, Block 2 in Lamplighter -Square 3RD Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles
in and for said county.
Par. 2. Lot 6, Block 3 in Lamplighter Square 2ND Addition, According to the plat
thereof on file or of record in the office of Registrar of Titles in and for said county.
Has caused the same to be surveyed and plattled as LAMPLIGHTER SQUARE 7TH ADDITION, and does hereby
donate dnd dedicate to the public for public -use forever the utility and drainage easements as
shown on the plat.
