public for public use forever the place as shown on the annexed plat; subject to the Utility and
Drainage Easements as shown on the annexed plat; in witness whereof said The Farmers and Mechanics
Savings Bank of Minneapolis, has caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its
corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day of A.D.1962, and also in
witness whereof said Dale Edward Bruckelmyer and Rosemary V. Bruckelmyer, his wife, and Adolph A.
