KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, Orville W. Sotebeer and Marcella B. Sotebeer, his wife, owners and proprietors of the
following described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit; Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Uzzell Gardens,
