KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Crystal Lake Cemetery Association, a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor; of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Second Addition to Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, except that part thereof located in the plat of Crystal Community Center Addition and except
those portions platted as Zane Avenue, Douglas Drive, and 47th Avenue North, Hennepin County, Minnesota
First Addition to Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, except that part platted as Zane Avenue also except that part which lies Northeasterly of a line
drawn parallel with and 40 feet Southwesterly of Line 1 described below,
