KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Glen Haven Memorial Gardens Association, a Corporation of Hennepin County, Minnesota, owner and proprietor
of the following described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to • wit. That part of the East One Half (E //P) of the Northwest
Ouarter (NW//t) of the Southwest Ouorter (SW//4) of Section Nine (9) Township One Hundred Eighteen (118) Range Twenty One (2/) described as follows:
Beginning of the intersection of the Southwesterly righf of way line of County Rood Number Eight (8) (also known as Jefferson Highway) with the North line
of said East One Half (E//P) of the Southwest Ouorleor (SWi/e) of the Northwest Ouarter (NW//4), thence West along sold North line Ninety Eight and
Seventy Nine Hundredths (98.79) feet more or less to a point which is One Hundred Eighteen and Fourteen Hundredths (//8.14) feel West of the Northwest
corner of said East One Half (EVP), thence South parallel with the West line of said East One Half (EI/2), Four Hundred Ninety and Fifty Seven Hundredths
(490.57) feet, thence East Five Hundred Thirty Nine and Fifty Eight Hundredths (539.58) feet more or less to the point of intersection with the Southwesterly
right of way line of said County Rood Number Eight (8) with the East line of the Southwest Ouarter (SWv4) of the Northwest Ouorter (NW//4) of said Section
Nine (9), thence Northwesterly along the Southweslerfy right of way line of said County Rood Number Eight (81 Six Hundred Fifty Eight and Seven Tenths
(658.7) feet more or less to the point of beginning, have caused Me some to be surveyed and plotted as THIRD ADDITION TO GLEN HAVEN MEMORIAL GARDENS,
the some to be occupied exclusively as a cemetery for the burial of the dead, and for purposes necessary and proper thereto and the said Corporation hereby
dedicate the some forever to the purposes herein mentioned and /hot said Corporation also dedicate to the public for the public use forever the Avenue as shown on
Me annexed plot. In witness whereof said Corporation have caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed on /his day of A. D. 1950
