Know all men by these presents that General Mills, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and
proprietor of the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of
Hennepin to wit: The North 65 feet measured along the West line of Lot 18, Auditor's Subdivision
Number 226, Hennepin County, Minnesota. That part of Lot 18, Auditor's Subdivision Dumber 226,
Hennepin County, ;Ainnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot
18; thence north on the gest line of said Lot 18 to a point 65 feet south of the Northwest corner
of Lot 18; thence east and parallel with the North line of Lot 18 a distance of 132.8 feet; thence
South and parallel with the West line of Lot 18 to the South line of Lot 18; thence west on the
South line of Lot 18, 132.8 feet to the point of beginning.
Lot 19, "Auditor's Subdivision Number 226, Henhepin County, Minnesota.
That part of Lot 26, Auditor's Subdivision Number 226, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying south
of a line drawn from a point on the West line of said Lot 26, distant 131.8 feet south of the
