KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we Herbert W. Suchy and Rosemary M. Suchy, his wife, owners and proprietors of the following
described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit: Lot 8, Block 1, Sunniybrook Acres 2nd Addition Hennepin
County Minnesota according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, and Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association , a banking corporation organized under the laws of the United States,
mortgagee of the East 144.42 feet of that part of Lot 8, Block 19 in said Sunnybrook Acres 2nd Addition lying North of the South 67.25
feet thereof, have caused the same to be surveyed arra platted as FRED S. YESNES 2nd ADDITION, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for the public use forever the Avenues as shown on the annexed plat. Also subject to drainage and utility easements as shown on
said plat. In witness whereof said Herbert W. Suchy and Rosemary M. Suchy, his wife, have set their hands and seals this day of
A.D. 1963. Also in witness whereof said Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association has caused these
presents to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day of
