KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Father William Blum Home Association, a Minnesota
non-profit corporation, fee owner and Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Minneapolis,
mortgagee of the following described property situated in Hennepin County, Minnesota:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 9, Township 118, Range
21, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter] thence
North along the West line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of
440 feet; thence East, parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter, a distance of 155.4 feet; thence North, parallel with the West line of said South-
east Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, a distance of 5 feet; thence East, parallel with
