Know all men by these presents that Lindal Cedar Homes of Minnesota, Inc. , a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor, and
Northwestern State Bank Osseo, Minnesota, a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee of the following described property situated in the
State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit: Lot 1, Block 1, WOOLSEY - LEE ADDITION, have caused the same to be surveyed
and platted as ENGSTROM ADDITION, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the easements for
