Snow all men by these presents that Laurence A. Jaeger and Elvie M. Jaeger, his wife, owners and proprietors of the
following described tract of land situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin to wits
Lot 91 except the West 182 feet thereof in Block 3 in Rosedale Acres, according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County.
And that Herman Be Jeffy and Maureen H. Jeffy, his wife, owners and proprietors, and Minnesota Federal Savings and
Loan Associations a United States Corporation, mortagee, of the following described tract of land situated in the
State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin to wits
The West 182 feet of Lot 9 in Block 3 in Rosedale Acres, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as E. M. JOHNSON ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the Avenues as shown on this plat, also subject to the Drainage and Utility Easements
as shown on this plat.
In witness whereof said Laurence A. Jaeger and Elvie M. Jaeger, his wife, have hereunto set their hands and seals
