and proprietors and First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Minneapolis, a United States

Corporation, mortgagee of the described property situate in the State of Minnesota and County

Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as DON NELSON ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate
to the public for public use forever the Avenue as shown on the plat. Also subject to the Utility and
Drainage Easement as shown on the plat. In witness whereof said Donald G. Nelson and Marian R. Nelson,
