Said East line, to said South line; thence east to the point of beginning. Also Stanford Clinton Jr.
and Karen Clinton, his wife, owners and proprietors, and Wallace B. Kenneth and Jean M. Kenneth, his
wife, purchasers under contract for deed, of the following described property, towit: The East * of

as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner thereof; thence North along the East line thereof a
distance of 471.428 feet; thence West and parallel to the South line of said Southeast # of the
Southeast * a distance of 623.5 feet; thence South and parallel to said East line, to said South
line; thence East to the point of beginning, except therefrom the South 183 feet of the East 183 feet.
Also The Pure Oil Company, a Ohio Corporation, owner and proprietor, and Wallace B. Kenneth and
Jean M. Kenneth, his wife, purchasers under contract for deed, of the following described property,
towit: The South 183 feet of the East 183 feet of the Southeast # of the Southeast * of Section 20,
Township 118, Range 21, have caused the some to be surveyed and platted as DOUGLAS CONT ADDITION
and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Avenues and Drive as shown
on the annexed plat. In witness whereof Wallace 8. Kenneth and Jean M. Kenneth, his wife, have
hereunto set their hands and seals this day of A.D. 196_.
