KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That CRYSTAL NORTHWEST PROPERTIES, INC., a Minnesota Corporation, owner of
the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, CRYSTAL DOCTORS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
AND
That part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1,4 of Section 9, Township 118, Range 21, described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the Southwesterly line of Jefferson Highway, distant 456 feet South--
easterly of its intersection with the East line of Douglas Drive; thence Southwesterly at a right
angle with said Southwesterly line of Jefferson Highway a distance of 315.2 feet to the actual
point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence continuing Southwesterly along
last described Course 108.5 feet to the East line of Douglas Drive; thence South along the
East line of Douglas Drive to the North line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault St. Marie
Railway; thence Easterly along said right of way line 132.7feet; thence Northeasterly 116.5 feet
along a line which, if extended would intersect the Southwesterly line of Jefferson Highway at
a point therein distant 201.9 feet Southeasterly from the initial point of commencement; thence
Northwesterly to the actual point of beginning; together with a strip of land 5 feet in width
lying between the Southwesterly line of Jefferson Highway and the Northeasterly line of the
tract of land hereinbefore described and adjacent to and Northwesterly of a Northeasterly
extension of the Southeasterly line of the described tract.
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CRYSTAL NORTHWEST PROPERTIES ADDITION and does hereby
donate and dedicate to the public, for the public use forever the highways and utility easment as shown on
said plat.
