Vice Presidents owner and proprietor , and Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association, a United States Corporation, Roy W. Larsen,

The North one-half (N. 1/2) of that part of Lot 10, Block 11 Sunnybrook Acres 2nd Addition Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying, North
of the South 30.0 feet thereof $ according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
