along a line extending from a point 6n the Northerly line of said right of way said point being 33 feet East of the West line
of the Northwest 1/4 , Section 9 distant 132.7 feet Easterly of the East line of Douglas Drive to a point on the Southwesterly
line of Jefferson Highway distant 201.9 feet Southeasterly of the point of beginning; thence Northeasterly along the above
described line to a point on the Southwesterly line of Jefferson Highway 201.9 feet Southeasterly of the point of beginning;
thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of Jefferson Highway to the point of beginning. Except the Southeasterly 5
feet and except that part thereof taken for County State Aid Highway Number 8, as per Document No. 4396615.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted CONSERVATION SYSTEMS ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the easements for utility and drainage purposes as shown on the plat. In witness whereof said Northside Property
