Know all men by these presents that Brunswick Methodist Church, a Minnesota Corporation, owner and proprietor
and Twin City Federal Savings and Loan Association, a United States Corporation, mortgagee of the following described property
situate in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit: The South 60 feet of the East 135.2 feet of Lot 8; and that
part of Lot 8 lying West of the East 135.2 feet thereof; Lots 9 and 10; Auditor's Subdivision Number One Hundred and Forty-six,
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County. That part
of Lot 39, "Glenwood Manor, Hennepin County. Minnesota", lying Wiest of the extended West line of Belmont Avenue, according to
the plat thereof on file or of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for said County. Have caused the same to
be surveyed and platted as BRUNSWICK METHODIST CHURCH ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use

caused these presents to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day
