KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Hart Custom fomes Inc., a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor of the
following described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to -wit: That part of Lot 4, /'St.
Denis Acresolying South of the Southwesterly right of way line of U S. Highway Number 52 and that part of Lot 38,
Auditor's Subdivision Number 328 lying South of a line drawn from the intersection of the West line of Lot 4, St.
Denis Acres with the Southwesterly right of way line of U.S. Highway Number 52 to a point in the Northeasterly
right of way line of the Great Northern Railroad, which point is distant 100 feet Northwesterly from the Southwest
corner of Lot A as measured along said Railroad right of way line. And also that part of the North 23 rods of the
