Pursuant to due call and notice given in the manner prescribed by Section 3.01 of the City Charter,
the Crystal City Council work session was held at 6:47 p.m. on May 14, 2026, in the upper community
room at city hall, 4141 Douglas Dr. N., Crystal, MN, and via Zoom. Mayor Deshler called the meeting to
order.
Attendance
The city manager recorded the attendance for city council members and staff:
Council members present: Kamish (Mayor Pro Tem), Kiser, Onesirosan, Budziszewski, Cummings.
Mayor Deshler attended virtually.
Council members absent: Eidbo and Kiser.
City staff present: City Manager A. Bell, Recreation Director J. Elholm, Police Chief B. Hubbard,
Administrative Program Specialist S. Nissen, and Public Works Director/City Engineer J. Struve.
Also present: Ted Redmond from paleBlueDot
II. Agenda
The council and staff discussed the following agenda items:
1) Draft Climate Action Plan presentation.
2) Community Development quarterly update.
III. Adjournment
The work session adjourned at 8:58 p.m.
