Dec. 16, 2025
Pursuant to due call and notice given in the manner prescribed by Section 3.01 of the City Charter,
the Crystal City Council work session was held at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 16, 2025, in the upper community
room at city hall, 4141 Douglas Dr. N., Crystal, MN, and via Zoom. Mayor Deshler called the meeting to
order.
Attendance
The city clerk recorded the attendance for city council members and staff:
Council members present: Deshler, Eidbo, Kamish, Kiser, Onesirosan, Budziszewski and Cummings
City staff present: City Manager A. Bell, City Attorney R. Tierney, Assistant City Manager/HR
Manager K. Therres, Recreation Director J. Elholm, Police Chief B. Hubbard, West Metro Fire -
Rescue District Chief J. Kunde, Community Development Director J. Sutter and City Clerk C. Serres
