Dec. 11, 2025
Pursuant to due call and notice given in the manner prescribed by Section 3.01 of the City Charter,
the Crystal City Council work session was held at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2025, in the upper community
room at city hall, 4141 Douglas Dr. N., Crystal, MN, and via Zoom. Mayor Deshler called the meeting to
order.
Attendance
The city manager recorded the attendance for city council members and staff:
Council members present: Cummings, Deshler, Eidbo, Kamish, Kiser, Onesirosan and Budziszewski.
City staff present: City Manager A. Bell, Assistant City Manager/HR Manager K. Therres, Recreation
Director J. Elholm, Public Works Director/City Engineer J. Struve and Community Development
Director J. Sutter.
Also present were Damon Farber consultants Jeff McMenimen, Rachel Blaseg and Rachel Peterson.
II. Agenda
The council and staff discussed the following agenda item:
1) Review preliminary/draft Town Center Vision Plan.
The Euna OpenBook demo agenda item was not discussed during the meeting due to time
constraints.
III. Adjournment
The work session adjourned at 9:46 p.m.
