NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Crystal City Council will hold a special work session on Thursday,
Oct. 23, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the upper community room at city hall, 4141 Douglas Dr. N., Crystal,
Minnesota and via Zoom for the purpose of the Town Center Vision Plan workshop.
Per the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.02, council members may participate by
interactive technology.
The public may attend the meeting via Zoom by connecting to it through one of the methods
