NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Crystal City Council will hold a budget work session on Thursday,
Aug. 14, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the upper community room at city hall, 4141 Douglas Dr. N., Crystal,
MN and via Zoom.
Per the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.02, council members may participate by
