Below is a highlight of the projects that will be happening in
the City of Crystal. These projects will be taking place at
numerous parks and buildings throughout the city.
Park Project Demolition
Staff are undertaking demolition work at Valley Place
and North Lions parks to prepare for upcoming projects.
This approach helps to stretch budget dollars, ensuring
more efficient use of resources for improvements.
Splash Pad Open
With the arrival of warmer weather, the splash pad at
Becker Park has been turned on, providing a popular
spot for cooling off. This is a favorite destination during
the summer months.
Community Center Planting
Many of the plants donated to Friends of Crystal Parks for
their annual sale were successfully sold. The remaining
plants were put to good use by being planted outside the
Crystal Community Center.
South Parking Lot Cameras
There has been an installation of four new high-quality
cameras in the newly constructed south parking lot at the
Crystal Community Center. These cameras will help enhance
the safety and security for all users.
