Yleen Joselyn, 4068 Hampshire Avenue North for additional consideration. A list of those potential Charter Commission appointees is enclosed. 7. Phillip G. Charles Peugh, 5833 West Broadway that you appoint someone from the list of nominees to replace Ms. Welter. My files indicated that her term 9. Welter. I will be forwarding the letter to the Chief Judge of the Hennepin County District Court informing the Court of the vacancy and requesting an appointment to fill it. The Court must make the appointment within 30 days or within an additional 60 days if it so requests. The law also provides that the Court will consider for appointment persons suggested by the City Council and the present members were appointed from such a list of names. (I have enclosed a copy.) I'd appreciate your bringing the matter to the attention of the Council at its February 7, 1989 meeting and respectfully request that the Council send me a list of recommendations for inclusion in my letter to the Court.
