Below is a highlight of the projects that will be happening in
the City of Crystal. These projects will be taking place at
numerous parks and buildings throughout the city.
Becker Park Courts
Concrete has been poured for the new basketball and
pickleball courts in Becker Park. The blacktop will
follow in the coming weeks with the courts being
painted and lined in mid-July.
MAC Wildlife Boardwalk
Phase two of the MAC Wildlife boardwalk is nearly
complete. City staff will continue to work with the Three
Rivers Park District to plan the completition of the
boardwalk in the coming years.
Streetscape Planters
Planter pots across the City have been planted, giving
those areas a boost of color as we enter the summer
months. The plants for streetscape pots were purchased
with funds from the Crystal EDA.
Parking Lot Removal
City maintenance staff removed the parking lot from Twin
Oaks Park, which followed the removal of the park
building. The site of the removal will be converted to turf.
Additional park improvements will happen in a few years.

key special events we offer.
Citywide Garage Sale

with almost 80 homes participating again. The sale will
run June 2-4 throughout Crystal.
Vehicle Fair
Here is your chance to get up close to the vehicles
you see traveling around our city. The Vehicle Fair

a great family event, with food trucks also on-site.
We will be hosting the Young Mudder at Valley Place

muddy! It is a great way to kick off summer break. Adults
will be allowed to run with their participants this year.
The Crystal Farmer's Market will begin on Tuesday, June
