The summary data below are based on the total taxes proposed to be levied on Crystal properties by all jurisdictions, not just the city. The median is the data point at which half of the parcels are below and half are above. The 2021-2022 data show the effect of decreasing commercial property values, flattening apartment values, and surging single-family residential values. The 2021-2022 shift is reflective of market data for the 12 months ending Sep. 30, 2020.
