Pursuant to due call and notice given in the manner prescribed by Section 3.01 of the City Charter,
the work session of the Crystal City Council was held at 6:46 p.m. on January 21, 2020 in
Conference Room A, 4141 Douglas Dr. N., Crystal, Minnesota. Mayor Adams called the meeting to
order.
Attendance
The city clerk recorded the attendance for City Council members and staff:
Council members present: Banks, Budziszewski, Deshler, LaRoche, Parsons and Adams.
Absent: Kiser.
City staff present: Assistant City Manager/Human Resources Manager K. Therres, City Attorney
T. Gilchrist, Recreation Director J. Elholm, Police Chief S. Revering and City Clerk C. Serres.
