SUBJECT: Presentation from A-1 Reliable Home Care regarding proposed facility at
3501 Douglas Drive North adjacent to EDA properties
A-1 Reliable Home Care has a purchase agreement for 3501 Douglas Drive North comprised
of six parcels containing an office building, rental house and parking lots.
The EDA owns two parcels adjacent to the subject property:
•3443 Douglas Dr N - vacant lot containing 16,803 sq. ft.
•3443 Edgewood Ave N - vacant lot containing 13,024 sq. ft.
Please see the aerial photo on the next page.
A-1 may be interested in purchasing one or both of the EDA parcels, either now or in the
future, and would like to present their concept plan for 3501 Douglas before making an offer
on any EDA property and submitting detailed plans for Planning Commission and City Council
consideration.
