Communications Presentation
Communications Coordinator Michael Peterson will provide the council with a presentation
addressing the city’s communications activities over the past 12 months and provide a look
ahead to 2019.
The presentation will review the following:
● The city’s general communications operations as outlined in the bi-annual
communications strategy.
- Four core strategies that including website, social media, media relations,
newsletters, cable TV and more.
● The City of Crystal Brand Identity & Editorial Style Guide.
● The new city website and employee intranet site.
● Major accomplishments in 2018.
● 2019 community events.
● Media Protocol and Crisis Communications.
