KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Lien B. Petersen and Virginia M. Petersen, his wife, owners and
proprietors, and Midwest Federal Savings and Loan Association of Minneapolis, a banking corporation
organized under the laws of the United States, mortgagee of the following described property situate
in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: Lot 17 in Block 3 in Rosedale Acres,
according to the plat thereof M file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
said Hennepin County, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WILDER PARK 2ND ADDITION,
and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for the public use forever the Avenues as shown on
the annexed plat, also subject to drainage and utility easements as shown on the annexed plat. In
witness whereof said Lien B. Petersen and Virginia M. Petersen have hereunto set their hands and
seals this day of A.D. 1967, also in witness whereof said Midwest Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Minneapolis has caused these presents to be signed by its proper
officers and its corporate seal to be hereonfoaffixed this day of A.D. 1967.
