KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That William G. Jurkens and Marjorie D. Jurkens, husband and wife, and that John H. Jurkens and
Alice V. Jurkens, husband and wife, fee owners, and that First Bank Robbinsdale, National Association, a United States
corporation, mortgagee of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:

of Titles in and for said County, which lies Westerly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the south line of
said Lot 1 distant 7 feet westerly of the southeast corner thereof; thence run northerly parallel with the east line of said lot
to a tangential curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 40 feet, said curve also being tangent to a line drawn parallel
with and distant 13 feet southwesterly of the northeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence deflect left along said curve to its
intersection with said line parallel with and distant 13 feet southwesterly of the northeasterly line of said Lot 1; thence run
northwesterly along said parallel line to the north line of said Lot 1 and there terminating. Except all that part of said Lot 1
which lies within 5 feet of each side of the following described center line: Commencing at the intersection of the center line
of C.S.A.H. No. 102 and the center line of C.S.A.H. No. 8; thence run southeasterly along the center line of C.S.A.H. No. 8 for a
distance of 7.5 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line being described; thence deflect right at an angle of 1120 for a
distance of 56 feet and there terminating.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WHINNERY TERRACE SECOND ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat. In witness whereof said William G. Jurkens
