I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of rtiapter 508, Minnesota
Statutes of 1949, as amended, I have surveyed the following described tract of land in
the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: The South 100 feet of Lot 17,
Schaefer's Lake Side Grove, lying East of the West 476 feet thereof, and that part of
Tract "C" Registered Land Survey No. 438, described as follows: Beginning at a point
in the South line of said Tract "C" One Hundred Ten and Thirty-five Hundredths (110.35)
feet East of the Southwest corner of said Tract "C" as measured along the South line
thereof; thence running North Eighty-five Degrees, Thirty-seven Minutes and Fifty-two
Seconds (850 37' 52") East to the Westerly shore of Twin Lakes; thence running South-
easterly along said Westerly shore to the South line of said Tract "C"; thence running
West along the South line of said Tract "CO to the eoint of beginning. For the purpose
of this description the South line of said Tract "C is considered to be a line bearing
South Eighty-nine Degrees Eleven Minutes (890 111) East. That the survey shown herein
is a correct delineation of said survey as surveyed by me the 10th day of June 1957 A.D.
