KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Village Builders Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, owner and
proprietor of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
to wit:
That part of Lot 10, lying East of a line described as beginning at a point on the north
line of said Lot 1C distant 110 feet east of the Northwest corner thereof; thence South
parallel to the West line of said Lot 10 a distance of 250 feet; thence West parallel to
