KNOW ALL Mph BY THESE PRESENTS: That John R. Paulson and Lois V. Paulson, his wife, owners and proprietors of the
following described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to --wit;
Lot 1, Block 1, JOHNSON & LUTGEN ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Register of Deeds in and for said County.
Also, that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 99 Township 118, Range 21, described by
metes and bounds as follows; Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly boundary line of the public road known
as Jefferson Highway at a point 264.1 feet in a generally Southeasterly direction from point where said boundary
line of said Highway intersects the West line of said Southeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4; thence East and parallel
with the North line of said Section 330.3 feet to the Westerly boundary line of the Railroad right of way;
thence in a Southeasterly direction 154.8 feet along the boundary line of said Railroad right of way; thence
West and parallel to the North line of said Section 296.3 feet to the Northeasterly boundary line of said
Jefferson Highway; thence in a Northwesterly direction along said boundary line of Jefferson Highway 172.2
fe9t to the place of beginning, excepting the North 54 feet thereof.

with the North line of said Section 296.3 feet to the Westerly boundary line of the Railroad right of way; thence
in a Southeasterly direction 173.7 feet along the boundary line of said Railroad right of way; thence West and
parallel to the North line of said Section 258.) feet to the Northeasterly boundary line of said Jefferson
Highway; thence in a Northwesterly direction along said boundary line of Jefferson Highway 193.1 feet to the
point of beginning.

follows: Beginning at a point on the Northeast boundary line of the public road known as Jefferson Hihway 231.9
feet Northwesterly from the intersection of said boundary line with the South line of said Southeast 1g/4 of the
Northwest 1/4; thence in a Northwesterly direction along the boundary line of said Jefferson Highway 92.7 feet;
thence East and parallel with the North line of said Section 213.4 feet to the Westerly boundary line of the
Railroad right of way; thence in a Southeasterly direction 83.8 feet along the boundary line of said Railroad
right of way; thence West to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as LOIS 6TH ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the Avenue, Road and Utility Easement as shown on the plat. In witnness whereof said John R.
