KAV* ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. That Willard E. Blakeborough, a single man, fee owner of the following described
property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin, to wit:
Lot 26, also that part of Douglas Drive, formerly Prospect Avenue, vacated, lying between extensions
across it of the South and Northeasterly lines of Lot 26 and East of the West line of Section 4,
Township 118, Range 21; all in Block 3, Crystal Lake Park, according to the recorded plat thereof.
And, that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 4, Township 118, Range 21, described
as beginning at a point on the West line of said quarter -quarter distant 333 feet North of the South-
west corner thereof; thence North along said West Line 140 feet; thence East parallel to the South
line of said quarter -quarter to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of the Great Northern Railway
Company; thence Southeasterly along said Southwesterly right-of-way line to its intersection with a
line drawn East, parallel to the South Line of said quarter -quarter, from the point of beginning;
thence West to the point of beginning.
And also, that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 4, Township 118, Range 21
described as beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly right-of-way line of the Great Northern
Railway Company with a line drawn East, parallel to the South line of said quarter -quarter, from ac
point on the West Line of said quarter -quarter distant 163 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof;
thence West along said parallel line 76.42 feet, more or less, to an intersection with a line drawn
parallel to and 131 feet East, measured at right angles, from the West line of said quarter -quarter;
thence North along said Last described parallel line 158.97 feet, more or less, to the Southwesterly
right-of-way line of said Railway Company; thence Southeasterly to the point of beginning.

sion of the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 4, to an intersection
with the extension of the Southwesterly line of said Lot 11; thence Northwesterly along the extension
of said Southwesterly line to said Southwesterly line; thence Southeasterly, Easterly, Northeasterly
